We are a real estate group that offers assistance to renters and small business owner’s who are looking for a plan to become home and or business owners. With the help of a personal owner’s advocate, clients can sign up for a free long term goals to help reduce debt and increase income, start and manage a business. We will match clients with local and national organizations that offer free and reasonable priced services for future homeowners and business owner’s alike. Many small business owner’s just don’t have the information or guidance needed to maintain proper records and become eligible for a home loan so we help them while also partnering with the owner to offer their business services to other members of the group at special rates or honest prices. Vendor membership is free and by invitation or approval request. When clients successfully complete their plan and close on their home, we offer Real Estate Agent referrals to agents already committed to donating a portion of the proceeds to a grant for new furniture for the new homeowner.
